Our company name, AL AN (الآن), means “now” in Arabic.
The United Arab Emirates is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing nations in the world today. At AL AN, our mission is to bring the business and investment opportunities that exist right now in the UAE to the world.
The UAE has captured global attention—and we believe the synergy between Japan and the UAE holds extraordinary potential. That’s because the two countries are uniquely positioned to complement and amplify each other’s strengths.
Japan is known for its world-class product quality, exceptional service standards, and relentless spirit of kaizen—qualities rooted in centuries of cultural heritage and a deeply committed workforce.

History of AL AN
AL AN began in 2022 with the establishment of AL AN PROPERTIES L.L.C, a real estate investment fund focused on the rapidly growing UAE property market, specializing in mezzanine and distressed asset investments.
In the first quarter of 2024—during a surge in real estate prices—the company received an acquisition offer from a Japanese investment fund and was subsequently sold.
During the same period, the team had already begun providing advisory services for Japanese companies entering the UAE. To further specialize in this area, a dedicated corporate license was obtained under the same name, and ALAN CORPORATE SERVICES L.L.C was officially established in 2024.
Since then, AL AN has supported numerous companies in successfully entering and expanding within the UAE market.
